Services

Clear Choice Pressure Washing provides exterior cleaning services including, but not limited to, house washing, roof cleaning, concrete cleaning, and related services.

Estimates & Pricing

All quotes are based on the information provided at the time of estimate. Prices may change if project conditions differ from what was originally described.

Scheduling & Access

Customers are responsible for ensuring access to the property and water supply (if required) at the scheduled service time.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Liability

While we take every precaution to protect your property, Clear Choice Pressure Washing is not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage

Loose siding, paint, or fixtures

Improperly installed surfaces
